消息面上，本周金价再创历史新高，站上3200美元关口。据悉，龙资源是一家发展成熟的黄金生产商，在瑞典及芬兰拥有项目组合。公司财报披露，自2000年首次进入北欧地区以来，公司成功地将若干露天和地下金矿投入运营，合共生产超过850000盎司黄金。
此外，本月初，亚太资源公布，向龙资源提出自愿收购要约，涉及1.11亿股，每股现金价2.2港元，较龙资源停牌前收报溢价4.27%，现金总额约2.45亿港元。要约人拟于要约结束后维持龙资源股份的上市地位。
