Foresight News 消息，据 AwS Health Dashboard，亚马逊 AWS 发布更新表示，“在太平洋时间凌晨 12:40 至 1:43 期间，位于亚太东北一区（AP-NORTHEAST-1）某单一可用区（apne1-az4）的一部分 EC2 实例出现了连接问题。该问题源于主电源和备用电源同时中断，影响了相关 EC2 实例的正常运行。在此期间，客户可能会在受影响区域内启动的实例上遇到更高的错误率和延迟，部分依赖这些 EC2 实例的其他 AWS API 也可能受到影响。我们的工程师在几分钟内自动介入，并立即着手排查并实施修复措施。我们不认为该问题会再次发生。目前仅有极少数实例仍部署在受电源中断影响的硬件上。将继续努力恢复所有受影响的实例和卷，但为实现即时恢复，建议尽可能替换这些尚未恢复的实例或存储卷。该问题现已解决，服务已恢复正常运行。”当前其显示仅亚马逊关系数据库服务受影响。
