在国际能源署（IEA）和欧佩克（OPEC）下调了石油需求增长预测，并表示不断加剧的贸易紧张局势预计将给全球经济带来压力之后，油价总体保持稳定。

　　布伦特原油和美国西德克萨斯中质原油（WTI）价格均下跌0.1%，分别报每桶64.81美元和61.46美元。此前，上周的市场动荡曾将油价推至四年低点。

　　国际能源署大幅下调了石油需求的预估，而欧佩克则仍较为乐观，但双方都承认美国大范围的关税措施已经影响了石油消费。荷兰国际集团的分析师表示：“这种不确定性正在给全球经济增长带来巨大阻力，从而影响了石油需求。”

　　交易员们将密切关注美国总统特朗普最新的关税豁免举措后全球贸易政策的下一步走向，同时也会关注定于周六举行的美伊会谈。
