CFM Holdings (SGX:5EB) has applied to strike off Cheong Fatt Holdings, a dormant subsidiary in Singapore, after it ceased operations in warehousing and logistics, according to a Tuesday filing on the Singapore Exchange.
The Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority said the unit will be removed from the register by May 29 if no objections are raised within 60 days of its notice.
