智通财经APP获悉，盈透证券(IBKR.US)公布的第一季度财报显示，在利息收入与交易佣金双重增长驱动下，公司利润与营收均实现大幅跃升。
周二发布的财报显示，公司调整后每股收益达1.88美元。按GAAP准则计算，净营收同比增长19%至14.3亿美元，调整后净营收为14亿美元。税前利润率微升至74%。
业绩增长主要源自客户交易活跃度激增。在股票交易量增长47%、期权增长25%、期货增长16%的推动下，佣金收入飙升36%至5.14亿美元。
与此同时，客户保证金贷款和信用账户平均余额增加，推动净利息收入增长3%至7.7亿美元。随着监管成本与客户活动增加，执行、清算及分销费用上升20%。
客户账户数同比激增32%至362万户。日均收益交易量(DARTs)达到352万笔，增幅达50%。客户权益规模扩大23%至5735亿美元，其中信用余额增长19%，保证金贷款余额增长24%。
为提升股票流动性，盈透证券宣布实施1拆4的股票分割。2025年6月16日收盘时登记在册的股东，每股将获赠3股新股。新增股份将于6月17日收盘后发放，6月18日起按分割调整后的价格开始交易。
公司同步提高股息回报股东。第一季度GAAP稀释每股收益从去年同期的1.61美元升至1.94美元。董事会批准将季度股息从每股0.25美元上调至0.32美元，将于5月30日登记、6月13日派发。
此外，盈透证券的货币多元化战略为综合收益带来1.27亿美元增益，其中包括2000万美元的其他收入及1.07亿美元的其他综合收益。
