多点数智早盘股价涨超20%市值突破100亿港元，年内累计涨超68%
4月14日消息，周一早盘，多点数智股票大幅上涨一度触及11.30港元，截止发稿，多点数智上涨20.26%报11.22港元，市值100.94亿港元，成交量为688.12万股。今年以来，多点数智累计涨幅达68.62%，而同期恒生指数累涨6.82%，恒生科指累计上涨12.83%。
数据显示，上周，多点数智受南向资金大幅增持。近5个交易日中获南向资金增持的有4天，累计净增持9.38万股。近20个交易日中，获南向资金增持的有15天，累计净增持1424.71万股。截至目前，南向资金持有多点数智2297.06万股，占公司已发行普通股的2.54%。
此前有消息称，多点数智公司附属多点（深圳）数字与北京物美订立股权转让协议，有条件收购多点智联20%股权，代价为人民币4700万元（现金）。此次股权转让旨将提高多点智联在执行AIoT业务主体的独立性，也有利于集团面向全零售行业推广AIoT业务。而此次本次股权转让将使集团对多点智联实现全面控制，实现统一协同管理，提升运营效率，降低管理成本。
同时，多点数智此前发布的2024年年报显示，2024年营收18.59亿元，同比增长17.3%；其中，零售核心服务云收入18.10亿元，同比增长39.3%；Dmall Os操作系统收入7.86亿元，AIoT解决方案收入10.23亿元；持续经营业务经调整利润2980万元。
