　　消息面上，4月10日，据华住集团数据显示，2025年清明节假期三天，华住旗下酒店累计接待人次近317万，是去年清明节假期的1.2倍。假期首日（4月4日）为入住高峰，当日华住旗下酒店整体入住率约90%，满房酒店约5800家，入住率达95%的酒店约6800家。得益于“清明赏花”的旅游热潮，国内多个小城被相继带火。

　　天风证券发布研报，公司25年第一季度预计收入同比增长0%至4%，其中华住中国收入同比增长3%至7%，预期管理加盟及特许经营收入同比增长18%至22%；2025全年预计收入同比增长2%至6%，其中华住中国收入同比增长5%至9%，预期管理加盟及特许经营收入同比增长17%至21%；预计2025年开设约2300家，关闭约600家，净开约1700家。
