智通财经APP讯，饮食天王(环球)(08619)发布公告，该公司，连同其附属公司统称“集团”董事会建议将公司的英文名称由“King of Catering (Global) Holdings Ltd.”更改为“NIU Holdings Limited”，并将公司中文名称“饮食天王(环球)控股有限公司”删除。
董事会亦建议将公司于联交所买卖股份的英文股份简称由“King of Catering”更改为“NIU”，并删除中文股份简称“饮食天王”。公司的股份代号维持不变，为“8619”。
董事会拟向股东提议进行股份合并，将每10股已发行及未发行面值为每股0.01港元的现有股份合并为1股面值为每股0.1港元的合并后股份。
截至本公告日期，现有股份于联交所的每手买卖单位为2000股现有股份。董事会建议于股份合并生效后，将联交所买卖之每手买卖单位由2000股现有股份更改为10000股合并后股份。
公司建议(于股份合并生效后)将法定股本由1500万港元(分为1.5亿股合并后股份)增加至1.5亿港元(分为15亿股合并后股份)，透过增设13.5亿股合并后股份。
