【上海杨浦：鼓励持牌类金融机构落户 最高给予1000万元资金支持】金十数据4月14日讯，上海市杨浦区人民政府发布关于促进科创金融高质量发展的若干措施。措施提出，鼓励持牌类金融机构落户，对新引进或设立的持牌类金融机构的总部或地区性总部，经认定，给予最高1000万元资金支持。支持大型金融机构在杨浦区设立科技银行、科创金融专营（特色）机构以及金融科技研发机构，经认定，最高给予100万元一次性资金支持。
