智通财经APP讯，中广核矿业(01164)发布公告，为更加清楚区分董事会主席及公司首席执行官的职责，董事会已委任适合人选担任公司首席执行官，自2025年4月15日起，王先锋不再担任公司首席执行官的职位，由公司执行董事调任为非执行董事并继续担任董事会主席及董事会提名委员会主席，并将不再于公司领取薪酬。
自2025年4月15日起，邱斌获委任为公司执行董事，并由公司副总裁调任为公司首席执行官。
自2025年4月15日起，殷雄因达到退休年龄辞任公司非执行董事的职位。
