兴业控股签订1.2亿元融资租赁协议
兴业控股（00132）发布公告，2025年4月15日，公司之附属公司绿金租赁与承租人签订了一项融资租赁协议，总额为1.2亿元（约合1.28亿港元），租期为五年。该融资租赁的主要条款包括绿金租赁将在融资租赁日期起的12个月内分别支付6000万元（约合6378万港元）以获取资产的所有权，并将这些资产返租给承租人使用。
此次融资租赁交易的适用百分比率超过5%但低于25%，因此构成公司在上市规则下的须予披露交易。根据融资租赁的条款，两项租赁的租赁付款总额均约为7076万元（约合7522万港元），其中包括租赁本金付款6000万元（约合6378万港元）及租赁利息和其他相关费用约1076万元（约合1144万港元）。
