荷兰国际集团（ING）分析师Chris Turner在最新报告中指出，若最新发布的欧元区国际收支数据进一步印证“资金从美股向欧洲市场轮动”的趋势，欧元可能延续涨势。

　　该数据可能揭示两大关键动向：其一，若欧元区居民持续回流资金，其持有的非欧元区股票投资规模或将下降；其二，若外国投资者因欧洲财政刺激计划而加大配置，欧元区股票的外资流入可能攀升。

　　“若上述情景得到数据支撑，投资者应对欧元兑美元本轮反弹更具信心。”Turner强调。

　　当前欧元兑美元汇率上涨0.7%至1.1364美元，ING预计汇价将测试1.15关口。
