路透上海4月14日 - 香港股市周一早盘扬升，恒生指数.HSI高开2.2%，市场受到超预期金融数据提振，并关注中美关税战的最新进展。
中国央行罕见地在上周末发布3月金融数据，新增贷款和社融增量均明显超出预期，狭义货币供应量M1增速有所加快以及居民中长贷同比多增，均显示融资需求在缓慢修复中。不过当下关税战进展一波三折，经济面临的不确定性依旧较大，托底政策仍将伺“机”而动。
美国总统特朗普上周日强调了其政府的最新信息，即把智能手机和电脑排除在对中国的对等关税之外将是短暂的，并承诺将对半导体行业进行国家安全贸易调查。
“这些电子产品只是被转移到了另一个关税‘篮子’，”特朗普在社交媒体上发文称。“在即将进行的国家安全关税调查中，我们将审视半导体和整个电子供应链。” （完）
