智通财经APP讯，中创新航(03931)发布公告，根据指引及考虑到公司自其股东接获参与H股全流通的意向，于2025年4月14日，公司董事会已考虑及批准建议实施公司若干股东持有的公司1.5亿股内资股转为公司H股，占公司于本公告日期已发行股本总额约8.45%。本次H股全流通拟申请流通的公司内资股数量尚需中国证监会核准及联交所批准，并在H股全流通完成前公司若向其现有股东派送红股及公积金转增股本事项时进行相应调整。
