Odaily星球日报讯 据官方公告，Securitize 宣布收购 MG Stover 的基金管理业务，其子公司 Securitize Fund Services（SFS）由此成为全球最大的数字资产基金管理平台。此次收购后，SFS 管理的资产总规模达 380 亿美元，覆盖 715 只基金，其中包括与 BlackRock 合作推出的 24.5 亿美元规模的美国国债代币化基金 BUIDL。 Securitize 现已提供一体化服务，涵盖基金管理、代币发行、经纪服务、转让代理和替代交易系统（ATS）。公司 CEO Carlos Domingo 表示，该收购“巩固了 Securitize 作为机构级现实世界资产（RWA）代币化与基金管理综合平台的地位”。伴随传统金融加速采用区块链，资产代币化正成为增长最快的数字资产赛道之一。根据 BCG 与 Ripple 预测，全球代币化资产市场规模有望在 2033 年达到 18 万亿美元。
