智通财经APP讯，北京能源国际(00686)发布公告，于2025年4月15日，北京京能(公司全资附属公司)与北京京能房产租赁(公司控股股东京能集团的间接全资附属公司)订立租赁协议，据此，在租赁协议当中所载条款及条件的规限下，北京京能房产租赁同意向北京京能出租该物业，自2025年3月15日起至2028年3月14日止(包括首尾两日)为期3年。
