路透4月15日 - 熟悉内情的人士周二告诉路透，私募股权公司KKR KKR.N接近收购在法兰克福上市的IT服务提供商Datagroup D6HG.DE。
消息人士称，总部位于美国的KKR正在就收购Datagroup进行深入讨论，最早可能在本周宣布收购消息，但他们要求匿名，因为此事属于机密。

LSEG的数据显示，Datagroup的市值约为3.402亿欧元(3.8347亿美元)。
