新浪科技讯 4月15日下午消息，极星汽车近日发布公告宣布与星纪魅族签署终止框架协议，决定终止双方合资企业极星科技的业务运营，并将分销权移交极星。

　　根据协议条款，合资公司在停止运营前，将负责清偿所有未清偿财务义务及对商业伙伴（包括外部投资者）的剩余债务。此外，协议还包含以交易双方议定的公允对价转让合资公司部分数字及其他资产的条款，以确保极星能够在中国市场重新开展销售、客户服务和分销业务。

　　公告称，双方终止合资公司业务是基于市场重心与战略调整所作出的决定。双方同意密切协作确保平稳过渡。极星将持续深耕中国市场，在维护其高端品牌定位的同时，继续推进长期增长与创新战略。

　　不过，极星汽车一直以来在中国市场的销量并不理想。数据显示，在中国市场，极星汽车2021年-2023年销量分别为2048辆、1717辆、1100辆；2024年上半年，极星汽车在中国市场的销量为1612辆。

　　另外，根据极星汽车此前发布的2024年三季度财报，其营收为5.51亿美元，同比下滑10%，同时净亏损进一步扩大。
