今日早间，“被美团高管暗贬，刘强东回应了”的消息冲上热搜。
有消息称，4月12日上午 ，针对近期京东高调进军外卖市场，美团核心本地商业CEO王莆中在社交媒体发表评论称，京东不是第一家想做外卖的公司，也可能不是最后一家。同时表示美团在3c数码、药品、生鲜等非餐饮品类的进展速度远超预期，让某些公司如鲠在喉，如芒在背。
4月12日中午，京东创始人刘强东在回应京东集团新闻发言人齐珊珊有关“王莆中下场攻击我们”的提问时表示：要是有空就赶紧去加入“小哥应急小组”，看看有没有外卖或者快递兄弟在大风中遇到困难的！或者去参与出口受阻企业的采购小组工作，尽快给他们提供帮助，“不要和人打口仗，不能产生社会价值”。
京东自从上线外卖业务后，持续投入，被外界视为对美团“宣战”。美团平台的佣金比例在6%-8%之间，而有传言称，京东外卖的佣金比例为5%，低于美团。对此，京东方面并未给出明确答复。但根据公开说法，5月1日前入驻的商家，将实现“全年免佣金”，无疑将对美团构成挑战。
