【国泰海通朱健：将在一年内制定并上报子公司整合方案】金十数据4月14日讯，国泰海通召开2024年度业绩说明会。针对公司的整合计划和最新进展，国泰海通董事长朱健在回答投资者提问时表示，公司已于3月14日完成了并购重组的股权交割并进入了整合阶段。截至目前，公司已经顺利完成了法人治理、名称变更、组织架构调整、营业执照换发、内部管理系统切换等工作。接下来，公司还将重点做好主要业务系统迁移、企业法人切换、业务及管理制度整合、资产变更登记以及注销海通证券法人资格等工作。具体到子公司的整合，朱健表示，公司将按照中国证监会的批复，在一年内制定并上报子公司的具体整合方案，明确时间表。系统谋划、适时推动解决本次吸收合并导致的子公司同业竞争、一参一控等问题，稳妥有序完成整合工作。具体的解决方案，将根据监管要求适时披露。在方案实施之前，各子公司业务与服务都将会继续正常开展、不受影响。
