消息面上，据央视网4月14日消息，以扩大内需为抓手，为提振消费激活市场活力，近日，全国“首个母婴政府消费券”在江西南昌正式上线，当地消费者可享受立减10%的育儿补贴。据介绍，此次补贴商品覆盖奶粉、尿裤等150类共计超3万款母婴商品，覆盖育儿全周期需求，每月可为母婴家庭减少至多千元育儿支出。南昌市商务局表示，活动预计带动相关消费约2亿元。此举通过政企协作的创新模式，对于提振消费起到了积极促进意义。
华泰证券此前发布研报指出，随着中央及地方促生育政策陆续落地，有望形成合力、提振生育意愿，中长期有望拓宽内需消费上限。建议关注受益于出生率改善的消费板块的机会，包括母婴连锁、母婴护理用品、婴童服饰、玩具及文具等。
