智通财经APP获悉，中国温控整车运输服务和城市配送服务提供商昊鑫控股(HXHX.US)上市首日收跌22.25%，盘后续跌14.47%，报2.66美元。根据其首次公开募股(IPO)定价条款，该公司以每股4美元的价格发行180万股股票，筹资约700万美元，位于其此前公布的IPO定价区间每股4-6美元的低端。
据了解，昊鑫控股通过多家子公司在中国提供温控卡车运输服务和城市配送服务，专注于电子设备，化学品，水果，食品和商业商品。
昊鑫控股于4月15日成功在纳斯达克上市，股票代码为HXHX。Craft Capital Management和WestPark Capital担任该交易的联合账簿管理人。
