智通财经APP讯，兴业控股(00132)发布公告，于2025年4月15日，本公司的附属公司绿金租赁与承租人广东西南投资控股有限公司订立融资租赁，以总代价人民币 1.2亿元(相当于约港币1.28亿元)自承租人取得资产的所有权，该等资产将返租予承租人，供其使用及占有，期限为五年。
资产1包括承租人位于中国广东省佛山市一栋办公楼的若干指定设备及设施，其中包括供水、供电、照明、安防设备及设施。
资产2包括承租人位于中国广东省佛山市两栋办公楼的其他若干指定设备及设施，其中包括空调、供水、供电、照明及安防设备及设施。
订立融资租赁及附带文件乃绿金租赁的一般及正常业务过程之一，并预期将为本集团提供稳定收益及现金流量。
