摩根士丹利(MS.US)成为华尔街六大银行中首家在公布第一季度财报后发行美国投资级债券的银行。知情人士透露，摩根士丹利将最多分五批发行这些债券。此次发行中期限最长的11年期债券的收益率可能比美国国债高出1.45个百分点。

摩根士丹利是五家寻求在周一发行新债的高评级发行人之一，因为企业正利用风险资产市场的平静期发行债券。摩根大通和富国银行(WFC.US)也可能在周一发行新债，而高盛在早些时候公布业绩后也可能公布发债的消息。
Bloomberg分析师Michael Gambale表示，银团部门已将本周的发行量预测从250亿美元略微下调至200亿美元，由于美国关税加剧不确定性，一些公司选择将融资计划推迟到复活节之后。
