4月9日，看通集团发布公告称，公司董事会获公司控股股东Innovative City Investments Limited城创投资有限公司(城创)告知、于2025年4月9日，城创向两名独立第三方(买方)出售合共6800万股公司股份，总代价约为1339.6万港元(出售事项)。
