淘宝推出 “真实体验分” 整治行业评分虚高乱象
人民财讯4月16日电，4月16日，淘宝天猫公告“关于新增《淘宝平台店铺真实体验分规范》的意见征集”，宣布即将上线新版店铺评价体系“真实体验分”。公告称，淘宝天猫将重新制定能够真实反馈消费者体验的店铺评价体系，以解决行业虚假评分顽疾、提升消费者购买决策信心、激励商家提升服务质量。“真实体验分”将根据商品质量、物流速度、服务保障三方面，建立一整套真实、客观、透明的消费者体验反馈机制，反映当前店铺真实消费者体验情况。
