4 月 16 日，据 Cryptoslate 报道，美国证券交易委员会（SEC）完成对 Coinbase 信息披露的审查，历时两年多而最终结果为无需修改。
Coinbase 首席法务官 Paul Grewal 分享的一封 SEC 信件证实了这一消息，信中确认 SEC 已完成对 Coinbase 截至 2022 年 12 月 31 日和 2023 年财年的 10-K 表格文件的审查。SEC 强调，审查的完成并不等同于对文件的认可或背书。此次审查结束标志着自 2021 年 4 月 Coinbase 上市后不久便开启的漫长评论流程正式终结。
