智通财经APP讯，4月14日，中交地产(000736.SZ)披露2024年年度报告，报告期内公司实现营业收入183.02亿元，进一步推进业务结构调整与战略转型。
报告期内，公司积极推动房地产业务“做实+瘦身”，以“项目一策”方式推进库存去化，同时强化项目全生命周期管控、提升运营效率，积极适应政策环境变化。此外，公司进一步聚焦物业服务、资产管理与运营等轻资产业务。2024年，公司物业管理业务收入为7.28亿元，全年物业管理业务新拓展面积1,293万平方米，在管面积达6,265万平方米。
在资本运作方面，公司顺利完成非公开发行股票，募集资金4.38亿元，有效优化资本结构，提升财务韧性。公司表示，未来将在中交集团统一部署下，进一步深化“由重转轻”战略，推动高质量发展路径落地。
