PANews 4月16日消息，据CoinDesk报道，代币化资产发行方之一Securitize周二表示，已收购MG Stover的基金管理业务，使其子公司Securitize Fund Services成为最大的数字资产基金管理方。Securitize在一份新闻稿中表示，MG Stover的团队现在将在Securitize Fund Services（SFS）旗下运营，这将增强该公司的机构级服务。通过此次收购，SFS目前管理着715只基金的380亿美元资产，其中包括Securitize的代币化基金产品，如贝莱德 24.5亿美元的代币化美国国债基金（BUIDL）。Securitize现在提供一套综合服务：基金管理、代币发行、经纪服务、过户代理以及替代交易系统（ATS）。
