BlockBeats 消息，4 月 14 日，HashKey Capital 成员 Rui 与 ArkStream Capital 创始合伙人 Ye Su 在 X 爆料表示，加密项目 MANTRA（OM）是一个“地推 OTC”，场外盘规模达 5 亿美元，采用“新的 OTC 代币接老的 OTC 抛盘”的模式循环运作，直到最后解锁的筹码“OTC 不动”爆掉。
据爆料称，2023 年，当 OM 代币 FDV 跌至 2000 万美元几近弃盘时，在中间人的撮合下，一家中东资本介入收购，仅保留了首席执行官职位。该中东资本拥有大量豪宅、度假村等实物资产，随后将 OM 包装成实物资产代币化（RWAfi）项目。Ye Su 称，在高度控盘下，OM 创下 Binance 2024 年最高涨幅，实现 200 倍增长，该团队近期仍在推销“OTC 盘”业务。
