消息面上，君实生物公布，主席熊俊先生拟即日起12个月内增持公司A股及H股，金额不低于1亿元人民币，其中，增持A股金额不低于5000万人民币。于增持计划前，熊先生及其一致行动人士于合共约1.84亿股股份中拥有权益，占本公告日期公司已发行股本总额约18.67%。
此外，君实生物拟于4月25日举行董事会会议批准一季度业绩。公司此前公布2024年度财报，收入录得19.48亿人民币，同比增加29.7%；毛利14.49亿元，同比上升73.5%。亏损由上年度22.82亿元，收窄至12.82亿元，每股亏损1.3元。不派末期息。
