【MSC成为首家运营900艘集装箱船的航运公司】金十期货4月16日讯，据外媒报道，据Alphaliner发布的数据显示，总部位于瑞士的地中海航运（MSC）成为首个运营集装箱船舶数量达到900艘的航运公司。这家班轮行业分析机构报告称，液化天然气（LNG）动力16000 TEU的“MSC GERMANY”集装箱船的交付标志着MSC这一里程碑式的成就。MSC目前的船队包括609艘自有船只和291艘租赁船只。该公司的船队总运力目前达到约647万TEU，比其最接近的竞争对手马士基（Maersk）保持了近100万TEU的领先优势。展望未来，MSC的船队规模可能在未来几年扩大到1000艘。
