智通财经APP获悉，近日，有消息称，阿里巴巴(09988)有意竞购星巴克中国股权。对此，阿里巴巴相关人士4月15日回应称：该消息为“假消息”。
2024年下半年，星巴克中国曾被曝考虑通过出售股权或引入战略合作伙伴以应对市场挑战。据此前媒体报道，参与竞购星巴克中国的潜在买家包括华润、美团等企业以及KKR、方源资本、PAG等PE机构。星巴克中国估值或超10亿美元。
星巴克在中国市场正面临客单价、营收等不同层面的挑战。财报显示，2025财年第一财季，星巴克实现营业利润11.22亿美元，同比下滑24.5%。实现净利润为7.81亿美元，同比下滑23.8%。该季度星巴克全球同店销售额下降4%，中国同店销售额下降了6%(主要受平均售价下降4%和同店交易下降2%影响)。
