智通财经APP获悉，满贯集团(03390)早盘放量闪崩，股价一度跌超92%，低见0.24港元创上市新低。截至发稿，跌91.88%，报0.25港元，成交额3849.29万港元，总市值跌穿2亿港元。
消息面上，根据香港联交所近日披露文件，4月7日，王嘉俊增持满贯集团36.4万股；4月9日，王嘉俊增持满贯集团44.6万股。增持后，王嘉俊最新持仓比例升至53.87%。此外，满贯集团公布2024年度财报，收入8.76亿港元，同比下降26.9%；纯利324万港元，同比减少98.9%。
公开资料显示，满贯集团是一家提供多种中成药、保健、皮肤护理、个人护理及其他健康护理产品的供应商，主要于香港销售及分销该等产品。满贯集团为香港中成药行业三大供应商之一，供应超过100个品牌。值得注意的是，华润医药为满贯集团主要股东之一。
