消息面上，4月8日，国家税务总局发布《关于推广境外旅客购物离境退税“即买即退”服务措施的公告》，将该项服务措施从多地试点推广至全国。分析指出，中美加征关税对免税利好，免税行业不在加征范围内，关税提升使免税商品价格优势增大；离境退税即买即退政策主要为吸引外国人入境消费，利好百货和出行链相关产业，对免税影响有限。
