美东时间4月11日，Webull Corporation微牛公司(简称微牛证券)通过SPAC(特殊目的收购公司)SK Growth Opportunities Corporation(SKGR)成功登陆纳斯达克，股票代码为：BULL.US。截至首日(2025年4月11日)收市，微牛证券收报每股13.25美元，市值约60.87亿美元。该公司通过借壳上市的方式，加快了进入美国资本市场的步伐。

微牛证券在2025年4月8日获得中国证监会备案通知书，公司备案时间是在2024年3月29日，随后在2024年12月13日公开此备案信息。

资料显示，微牛证券成立于2016年，由王安全先生创立。王先生是1979年出生的互联网行业老兵。2006年加入阿里巴巴，历任架构师、技术总监、淘宝贷款事业部总监、阿里金融总经理助理等重要职位。

微牛证券是一家数字投资平台，致力于为全球个人投资者提供一站式的股票、ETF、期权和数字货币交易服务，覆盖美国、新加坡、中国香港等多个交易市场。微牛证券已拓展到北美、亚太、欧洲和拉丁美洲的14个市场提供服务，在全球拥有11个经纪交易执照、批准和注册。微牛证券的应用程序下载量已超过5000万次，在全球拥有超过2330万注册用户。

招股书中显示，公司的客户通常是30多岁的在职专业人士，具有一定的投资经验。截至2024年底，大约38%的客户拥有“良好”或“广泛”的投资经验。重要的是，公司的客户忠诚度非常高，于2024年第四季度的留存率达到98%。
