Bitcoin Thunderbolt 由中本聪时代矿工、比特币巨鲸与核心技术团队（包括 Nubit）联合发起，通过软分叉形式引入 UTXO Bundling 与 OP_CAT，支持链上原生的资产发行、交易加速与智能验证。实测显示，网络效率可达原链的 100～200 倍。
目前，雷电网络仅对获得加速码（Boosting Code）的用户开放访问。该码由 Nubit 等核心贡献方通过社区限量发放，并附带稀有 BTC 原生空投奖励。
