根据提交给德国联邦公报《联邦公报》（Bundesanzeiger）的一份文件，对冲基金 Qube 研究与技术公司周一披露了对特朗普传媒与技术集团（DJT）股票约 1.05 亿美元的空头头寸。

　　研究公司 Breakout Point 最先报道了 Qube 在特朗普传媒的这一披露头寸，这一头寸相当于特朗普传媒总流通股的 2.53%。

　　特朗普传媒和全球量化及系统性对冲基金 Qube 均未立即回应路透社就该空头头寸置评的请求。

　　Breakout Point 表示，这是任何实体首次就特朗普传媒进行的监管性空头披露，并补充称，按百分比计算，这也是 Qube 继对 B Riley 金融公司的空头头寸之后最大的空头头寸。

　　“卖空” 证券的投资者借入股票然后卖出，他们预期股价将会下跌，这样就能以较低价格买回股票，归还给出借方，并赚取差价。

　　特朗普传媒的股票在散户投资者中很受欢迎，去年其股价大致翻了一番，而今年已下跌了 44%。根据路孚特（LSEG）的数据，这家市值 42 亿美元的公司的卖空比例为 4.9%。

　　本月早些时候，在特朗普传媒提交了将允许总统信托出售大量股票的文件后，其股价暴跌。

　　周一，该公司股价最新涨幅为 1.6%。
