金吾财讯 | 卓越教育集团(03978)股价走高，截至发稿，涨12.92%，报4.72港元，成交额2587万港元。消息面上，日前，卓越教育集团公布2024年财报。2024年实现营业收入11.02亿元，同比大幅增长125.2%；归母净利润达1.92亿元，同比增长114%。第一上海研报指，公司作为华南地区的教培行业龙头，双减后积极促进业务合规转型，逐步重回正常经营发展轨道，广州业务持续稳健发展，深圳及佛山仍有较大的发展空间。此外，华鑫证券发布研报指出，目前教育行业整体处于需求刚性、供给出清、政策风险缓和状态，对在行业中具备较深积累、业务转型成功的头部企业是较好的困境反转机会，并已在去年起得到初步验证，当前时点教培机构业绩恢复仍具弹性空间；中小规模企业出清叠加行业准入门槛提升，竞争格局预计进一步向头部集中。
