据宁德时代官微，4月10日，蚂蚁集团、哈啰与宁德时代正式签署战略合作协议。三方将基于数字科技、新能源技术与共享出行生态等核心优势，围绕绿色智能出行、数字科技、绿色运营及绿色投资四大方向展开深度合作，共同推动新能源产业智能化升级和生态体系建设。
蚂蚁集团董事长井贤栋、首席执行官韩歆毅；哈啰联合创始人、首席执行官杨磊，首席财务官陈晓冬；宁德时代董事长兼CEO曾毓群，首席投资官王红波等共同出席并见证签约仪式。
作为本次战略合作的重点，三方将在绿色智能出行领域进行深度合作，包括智能驾驶、新能源出行综合服务平台建设、新能源电池后市场服务体系等方向。此外，三方还将通过包括成立合资公司在内的方式，共同推进重点领域的应用发展与商业化落地。
