Lithium and boron producer ioneer (ASX:INR) signed a development agreement with Esmeralda County, Nevada, to develop an investment plan for residents and advance the Rhyolite Ridge project, according to a Monday filing with the Australian bourse.
The agreement will fund expanded public services and infrastructure upgrades, with an estimated $5 million to $7 million in benefits and over $10 million in road upgrades, the filing said.
The funding is separate from project-related company investments to develop the project, per the filing.
