本报讯（洪观新闻记者 高学斌）北京时间4月10日晚，南昌高新区企业软云科技在纳斯达克敲钟上市。

　　据了解，北京时间4月8日晚，来自南昌高新区的Ruanyun Edai Technology Inc.(软云科技)在美国纳斯达克上市，股票代码为RYET，IPO募资1500万美元。

　　成立于2012年的软云科技是一家深耕于数据驱动的人工智能技术公司，主要致力于改革中国传统的教育和学习模式，为学校、教师和学生提供人工智能时代的新教学、学习和评估方法。

　　该公司通过两条主要产品线销售产品和服务，分别是SmartExam 解决方案和 SmartHomework 解决方案。SmartExam解决方案包括开发和实施为中国学术水平考试提供计算机化测试的考试平台，以及其他测试服务，包括软件定制、硬件销售等全面的专业测试服务；SmartHomework 解决方案是一个为客户提供各种数字化教学和学习内容和服务的平台。
