　　近日，建设银行成功发行2025年第一期二级资本债（以下简称“二级资本债”）。本期债券发行规模为400亿元，基础发行规模300亿元，超额增发100亿元，期限为5+5年期，票面利率2.07%，全场倍数1.5倍。

　　本期二级资本债的成功发行将进一步夯实建设银行资本实力、丰富负债来源，同时为提升服务实体经济质效、助力积极践行金融“五篇大文章”、增强金融服务国家重大战略能力奠定坚实基础，有力深化推动全行高质量发展。建设银行将持续贯彻落实系统重要性银行监管要求，强化资本集约化精细管理，切实履行国有大行责任担当。
