Orion Energy Systems' (OESX) board appointed Sally Washlow as chief executive officer and promoted Scott Green to chief operating officer.
Washlow, who joined the board in 2022, succeeds Michael Jenkins, who is departing, Orion said Monday in a statement. Green was president of Orion Services Group.
Orion expects fiscal year revenue near the midpoint of its guidance at $77 million to $83 million. Three analysts polled by FactSet expect $80 million.
Shares of the company rose 2.6% in recent Monday trading.
