【《云南省提振消费专项行动实施方案》印发】金十数据4月16日讯，云南省政府办公厅印发《云南省提振消费专项行动实施方案》，提出8个方面28项政策措施。提出稳就业促创业、提高居民收入2项具体措施，支持“能消费”。提出生育养育保障、教育保障、医疗养老保障、重点群体保障4项具体措施，支持“敢消费”。提出升级“旅居云南”消费、扩大入境消费、激活赛演消费、培育首发经济、提升餐饮消费、优化“一老一小”服务供给、促进“社区+”融合消费7项具体措施，支持“乐消费”。提出加力以旧换新、扩大住房消费2项具体措施，进一步把促消费和惠民生统筹起来，让群众可感可及。提出强化消费品牌引领、提高内外贸一体化水平、壮大新型消费3项具体措施，通过品牌引领、标准制修订、技术牵引等培育消费新增长，推动消费供给创新。提出保障休息休假权益、营造放心消费环境、完善消费基础设施3项具体措施，进一步提升消费体验，让群众放心、省心、舒心、安心。
