正力新能挂牌上市微涨1.21%，募资约10亿港元
4月14日，正力新能（03677.HK）登陆香港联交所主板，首日高开2.3%，截至午间收盘涨幅收窄至1.21%，报8.37港元/股。根据弗若斯特沙利文信息，正力新能拟发售约1.2152亿股，香港发售占10%，国际发售占90%，另有15%超额配股权。每股发售价8.27港元，每手300股，募集资金净额约为10亿港元。（时代财经何明俊）
