　　TCL电子近日宣布推出2025年附带业绩兑现条件的股权激励计划，向860名核心员工授予约9149.8万股股份，考核目标为2025-2027年扣非净利润较2024年（16.1亿港元）实现阶梯式增长。

　　开源证券指，公司发布新一轮股权激励计划，2025/2026年利润考核目标较前次上调，彰显长期增长信心。伴随国内外产品和渠道升级及拓展，继续看好公司长期利润率提升。此外，全球产业布局有效应对关税政策变动，渠道结构升级+空白渠道拓展逻辑不变。
