BlockBeats 消息，4 月 13 日，据 Cointelegraph 报道，美国参议院银行、住房和城市事务委员会主席 Tim Scott 参议员近日表示，他预计加密市场结构法案将在 2025 年 8 月前正式立法。Tim Scott 同时指出，参议院银行委员会于 2025 年 3 月推进的《GENIUS 法案》（一项全面的稳定币监管法案）证明该委员会将加密政策置于优先地位。“我们必须先创新后监管——允许数字资产领域的创新在美国本土发生，这对保持美国全球经济主导地位至关重要。”Scott 提出的加密市场结构法案时间表，与加密行业倡导组织区块链协会 CEO Kristin Smith 的预测相符，其同样预计市场结构和稳定币立法将在 8 月前完成立法程序。
