新高教集团签署高等教育合作协议 助力海南教育发展
新高教集团（02001）发布公告，宣布于2025年4月14日与海南省教育厅、海口市人民政府、斯泰恩拜斯大学资产与管理学院有限责任公司及北京新高教文化发展有限公司签署了学校办学合作协议。该合作旨在于海南自由贸易港筹办一所具备独立法人资格的高等教育机构，开展本科及以上学历层次的教育。
董事会表示，此次合作将充分利用各方在教育及科研领域的经验，以及资源和基础设施的支持，以促进更为多样化和实践性的合作，助力培养具有国际视野的精英人才。公告中强调，上述合作各方及其最终实益拥有人均为独立于公司及其关联人士的第三方。
