智通财经APP获悉，据市场消息，恒生银行(00011)高层管理人员再有变动，旗下恒生银行(中国)(下称恒生中国)董事长将会更换。消息透露，恒生中国现任副董事长兼行长宋跃升(Ryan Song)，完成借调至恒生7年的任务后将会离任，将于6月底调回汇丰集团;恒生中国常务副行长吴威(William Wu)，今日(4月14日)起接棒成为恒生中国执行董事兼行长，并继续担任恒生中国批发银行业务主管角色，估计相关安排，尚待监管正式批核。
内部公告亦提到，恒生银行策略及企业发展总监兼行政总裁办公室主任李文龙(Gilbert Lee)，将出任恒生中国副董事长，为吴威及恒生中国高管团队，提供管理指导方针，达成发展目标。
据悉，恒生银行执行董事兼行政总裁施颖茵(Diana Cesar)，日前向恒生中国相关部门同事发出内部电邮，公布恒生中国上述最新高层人事安排。
恒生发言人称，会按一贯既有程序，如果有相关高层管理人员任命，会适时公布。
吴威从事企业银行有超过27年的丰富经验，加入恒生中国前，先后在汇丰英国、香港及中国工作，他接掌恒生中国后的任务，包括推动业务增长、加速转型，以及强化与恒生香港的互动合作。
